Venue

Alte Kongresshalle,
right by the Theresienwiese

Since 2026 the Online Print Summit has been held at the Alte Kongresshalle in Munich. Alongside the Summit Hall, where the OPS conference itself takes place, the Think Zone offers plenty of room for the C-Level Classrooms and Executive Briefings, while the partner exhibition is spread across the Community Zone on the ground floor and the Connect Zone on the first floor. The catering is in the Connect Zone as well. Distances are short, so you will not miss anything when you move between the Summit Hall, the partner stands and the Think Zone.

Hotel recommendations

Accommodation

Munich has plenty of hotels. We can particularly recommend two of them, as they are conveniently located and just ten minutes on foot from the Alte Kongresshalle. Please note: Munich is busy in April too, so we recommend booking early. Plan for one extra night if you would like to join our Cheers & Thoughts event on the evening before OPS itself (12 April, see programme).

Rooms are booked privately, there is no room allocation. The booking process, the price and the cancellation terms are set exclusively by the respective hotel.

FAQ

Got a question?

When do doors open and when does the programme start?

If you are joining us the evening before, you can enter the venue and pick up your badge from 5 pm. The first Think Tank Talk starts at 6 pm, the Cheers & Thoughts evening event at 7 pm. On the OPS days themselves, 13 and 14 April, we open the doors at 8 am. The programme starts at 9 am on both days.

Will there be a get-together the evening before in 2027 as well?

Yes, in 2027 we again start the Online Print Summit with a Think Tank Talk and our get-together “Cheers & Thoughts”. You can also take a first stroll through our partner exhibition. If you plan to be there the evening before, please let us know during booking or when assigning your ticket, so we can count on you. That makes planning much easier for us. You will find the exact times in the programme.

How do I book my ticket?

Tickets are booked online. You will find the link to the booking tool in the menu on the left, under “Tickets”. If your company is a member of one of our partner associations, choose the members ticket. For everyone else there is the non-members tickets. If you have a voucher for a special ticket, it appears once you have entered the voucher code.

Once you have chosen the number of tickets and clicked through to the checkout, you will be taken to a page of our partner run.events. There you enter an email address, and a code for the rest of the booking is sent to it. You can use the same address later to sign in to your ticket management. During booking you then decide whether you are booking as a private individual or on behalf of your company. Depending on your choice, different details are requested.

Tickets can only be paid for by credit card. If you are booking several tickets, please make sure beforehand that your card limit covers the total. After booking you receive two emails: one from our payment provider Stripe, which does not come in the OPS design, and a booking confirmation from us.

Important: every ticket booked must be assigned to a person who will be on site, either during booking or afterwards. You do this in the ticket assignment process, where you enter the email address, the company and the job title, and fill in a few more fields that help us plan the event. Once you have assigned a ticket to someone, or to yourself, you will receive another confirmation by email.

Can I book several tickets for my team at once?

Yes, that is no problem. Simply enter the number of tickets you need during booking. Here too you can book either as a private individual or as a company. Please check beforehand that your credit card limit covers the expected total, to avoid trouble during booking. And remember to assign the tickets to the people who will be attending OPS.

Would your team like not only to attend the ONLINE PRINT SUMMIT but also to benefit from its marketing? Then our supporter package is just right for you. It includes four tickets to OPS, reserved seats in the front rows of the Summit Hall, reserved seats at the Connect & Celebrate evening event and your company logo on all ONLINE PRINT SUMMIT marketing materials. Interested? You will find more on the supporter package under Supporter.

Is catering included in the ticket?

Yes, catering during the breaks and at the evening events is included in the ticket price. To help us plan, please tell us during the process whether you will be joining the evening event beforehand and whether you eat meat or prefer vegetarian food.

Can I cancel my ticket or transfer it to someone else?

Transferring, yes. Up to 14 days before the event you can name a substitute, which is the easiest route if you cannot make it yourself. Just request the transfer through the ticket management portal. You get in with the email address you gave when booking or when the ticket was assigned. A code is then sent to that address so you can sign in to your ticket management. The three dots shown next to your ticket give you the available options.

For cancellations: up to 30 days beforehand we refund 50% of the ticket price; after that, no refund is possible. Our terms and conditions apply. All prices and ticket types are on the Tickets page.

What language are the sessions in?

Mainly English, in some cases German. For the keynotes and presentations in the Summit Hall we offer simultaneous interpretation into German and English, so you can follow in whichever language you prefer.

There is no interpretation for the C-Level Classrooms and Executive Briefings. The programme shows whether a session there is held in English or in German.

Is there Wi-Fi on site?

Yes, the whole venue has Wi-Fi. You will find the network name and the password on site.

Where can I park during OPS?

Parking spaces directly at the Alte Kongresshalle are scarce and reserved for our technical crew. There are, however, several public car parks close by: at the Theresienwiese, the Park & Ride car park Heimeranplatz at Garmischer Straße 19 and the public underground car park at Gollierstraße 6.

Will photos and videos be taken on site?

Yes. We document the ONLINE PRINT SUMMIT in photos and on film and use the material for coverage and for marketing OPS.
