These are the tickets that get you to the OPS
Everyone is welcome at the ONLINE PRINT SUMMIT, whether or not you are a member of one of our partner associations. Both ticket types include exactly the same benefits. If the company you work for is a member of one of our partner associations, you will receive a lower rate. Therefore, if you are a member and book early, you can save up to €200 compared with the standard ticket. And for everyone else there is still a way to save: book by 26 October 2026 and you will receive the early bird price.

The programme beyond the Summit Hall
The ONLINE PRINT SUMMIT is more than keynotes and presentations on the main stage in the Summit Hall. Alongside the partner exhibition in the foyer and on the upper floor, the OPS once again offers plenty of opportunities to network and share knowledge in 2027. Your OPS ticket covers all additional formats free of charge, but for some of them you should register to secure your place. Here is an overview:
Cheers & Thoughts, the get-together on the evening before the OPS
The evening before the ONLINE PRINT SUMMIT (12 April 2027) is dedicated to the get-together. It opens with a first round of conversation at the Think Tank Talks in the C-Level Classroom, followed by the networking event Cheers & Thoughts. Attendance is free for all ticket holders.
Registration is required so that we can plan catering and drinks properly.
Connect & Celebrate
The Night of Visionaries & Changemakers
The central networking event of the OPS takes place on the evening of the first conference day, 13 April 2027. There is live music, a shared dinner and plenty of opportunity to continue the conversations that started during the day.
You don't need to book anything extra to attend Connect & Celebrate. However, w would still like to know whether you are planning to come, so that we may better plan. You can tell us during the booking process, and don't worry, you can also let us know later via your profile.
C-Level Classrooms and Executive Briefings
With these formats the OPS speaks directly to decision-makers as well as to practitioners within a company. Both the C-Level Classrooms and the Executive Briefings are discussions in small groups rather than talks in front of a large audience. That is how you get the most out of your visit. For ticket holders, attendance is free.
Places per session are limited, so registration in advance is necessary. You can sign up for the C-Level Classrooms and Executive Briefings through the ticket management in your profile. Booking on site is only possible if places are still available.
If you would like to host an Executive Briefing yourself, you need to be an OPS partner. More about that on the partner page.

Choose your OPS ticket and register for the evening events, the C-Level Classrooms or the Executive Briefings during the booking process. Don't worry if you don't yet know whether you will attend a given session. You can sign up later through your profile. You will receive your booking confirmation by email. Please note: you can assign a ticket to a specific person during the booking process, but you don't have to. Every booked ticket does need to carry a name before the Online Print Summit begins, and you can take care of that later using the ticket management tool.
Payment is made via credit card through our payment provider. Your registration becomes binding once payment has been received.

Questions before you click
What ticket types are there?
There are two ticket types. The members ticket costs €890 plus VAT during the early bird period and €990 plus VAT after that. It is available to attendees whose company is a member of one of our partner associations. For everyone else there is the non-members ticket. It costs €990 plus VAT during the early bird period and €1,090 plus VAT after that. Both tickets include exactly the same benefits; only the price differs.
If you are planning to travel to the ONLINE PRINT SUMMIT with a small team of four, it is also worth looking at the supporter package.
What do I need to qualify for the member ticket?
You can book a member ticket for the OPS if your company belongs to one of these organisations: VDM-Landesverbände, Fogra Forschungsinstitut für Medientechnologien e.V., Verband Druck & Medien Österreich, dpsuisse, VIGC, Intergraf, Febelgra united in graphics, Latvian Printing Association, KVGO, zipcon Freundeskreis or Initiative Online Print e.V.
If in doubt, ask within your own company. Many businesses are association members without everyone being aware of it. We'll ask which association you belong to during the booking process.
How long does the early bird price apply?
The early bird period runs until and including 26 October 2026. From 27 October the regular prices apply.
How can I pay?
For OPS tickets we offer credit card payment only. It is handled by our service providers run.events and Stripe. Your booking is completed immediately and you receive an invoice straight away.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else or cancel it?
Transferring your OPS ticket is possible. Up to 14 days before the event you can name a replacement, which is the easiest route if you cannot make it yourself.
Special rules apply to cancellations: up to 30 days before the event we refund 50%; after that, no refund is possible. Our terms and conditions apply.
Am I automatically part of the get-together on the evening before (12 April 2027)?
No. Attendance at the get-together Cheers & Thoughts on 12 April 2027 is open to all ticket holders and costs nothing extra, but you do need to register. That helps us plan. You can indicate during the booking process whether you would like to join us the evening before.
What do I need to do to attend the Executive Briefings and C-Level Classrooms?
If one or more sessions in these formats interest you, simply register through your profile here in the Smart Hub. The number of places in the Executive Briefings and C-Level Classrooms is limited, so register as early as you can. Booking on site is only possible if places are still available.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. After booking your ticket you automatically receive an invoice from our system.
I am travelling from abroad and need a letter of invitation.
No problem. Book your ticket first, then write to us with the details your visa application requires. We will issue a confirmation of attendance. Please allow enough time for this.
How does the booking process work?
OPS tickets are booked online, supported by our partners run.events and Stripe. You select a ticket, state how many you would like to book and click checkout. You are then taken to an overview page at run.events. There you can assign the ticket directly to a person and use the add-ons to indicate your attendance at the evening events. If you have a voucher, you can enter it here as well. Next you state whether you are booking as a private individual or as a business customer. Depending on that you fill in the form, accept the terms of use and the privacy policy, and move on to the payment page. There you enter your credit card details and complete the booking. Please note: check beforehand that your credit card has a sufficient limit for the booking. If not, your bank can raise it on request.
What is the user profile for?
The ONLINE PRINT SUMMIT no longer offers an app in 2027. Instead you have our new Smart Hub. Here you will find not only all the information about the OPS, but you can also log in to your attendee profile. Through your profile you can access exclusive information and connect with other attendees. To find out who would be an interesting person to talk to, you can use the matchmaking function.
